Todd Charter Services, Inc. was founded in December 1994, purchasing their first bus the following February. After spending 25 years with the Kerrville Bus Company, Bill Todd took his knowledge and experience in the chartered bus industry to begin his own successful company. Since its founding, the company has quickly expanded, purchasing a new bus each year and hiring additional staff to provide the best service possible for their current and future customers.

During their brief history, Todd Charter has already received the nationally recognized Gold Safety Award for their excellence in safety. In order to continue this trend, the company places a great importance upon the receipt of various certifications.
